BloggingSuits is all about helping accounting and finance professionals develop their blogging and social media skills to drive visitors to their websites and clients to their firms. The time has come for you to show us your success!

We’re seeking guest bloggers who will tell everyone how they have benefited from their blogging and social media efforts. We want to hear your tips for being more effective on the internet, tools that have helped you develop your online presence, and how blogging has benefited your firm.

The rules for participation are pretty simple. You have to be an accounting, auditing, or finance professional who is willing to share your story. We’re not looking for material from PR firms or marketing professionals. We want the accountants and auditors themselves to write the blog posts about their experiences.

What do you get in return? More publicity for you and your blog. You can link liberally to your firm’s website, your blog(s) and your social media profiles. We’ll promote your post on Twitter and possibly other social media outlets. We ask that you also promote your guest post on your blog and on social media.

I’d like to post at least one article a week from a guest blogger. We’ll post them more often if there is enough interest and participation.  To participate, send me an email with the following information:

• Your name, firm, and position
• A link to your blog and/or social media profile
• A few sentences about what you’d like to blog about. Briefly tell me your success story or blogging tips that you’d like to share

Necessary fine print: Do not email me if you’re a PR person or marketing professional. You can’t participate, and I won’t even consider the firm or person you suggest to me. This is in keeping with the spirit of this site… by  accountants and finance professionals, for accounting and financing people. We reserve the right to approve (or not) at our discretion, and to edit your post for length and relevance. Inclusion will generally be on a first-come, first-served basis, but we reserve the right to schedule posts when and how we see fit. If your post is included on BloggingSuits.com, you agree to promote your post with a link on your blog and a mention on your Twitter, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn profile. Participants in guest blogging are required to have fun doing so.
