I have a confession to make. Francine McKenna at re: The Auditors is easily my favorite accounting and finance blogger in the world. And the only reason I didn’t make her our first Superstar Finance Blogger is because I didn’t want everyone to know the truth about how much I love her blog.

But as a fraud investigator, I can no longer live a lie, and I am coming clean with my readers. Simply put, Francine is an amazing blogger.

What’s so great about her? She has great content. Francine hits very hot topics, and she doesn’t just report on them. She gives her opinions (often very strong!) and she encourages a dialogue with her readers.

Being the queen of good audit and finance content has gotten Francine gigs writing for other popular publications like Going Concern, Clusterstock, and Accountancy Magazine.

Francine has so much good content on her own site that at first it can seem overwhelming. But once you’ve taken a look around and can focus on her most recent article at the top of the home page, you’ve got it made.

Accountants, auditors, and other finance professionals who want to learn the fine art of great blogging should watch Francine and follow her lead. Congratulations Francine for an excellent blog… And thank you for giving me the opportunity to cleanse my soul and admit to the world that I would like to be president of your fan club.
